Church Father Study
(Apostolic & Ante-Nicene Fathers Study)
February 5th after the 6 pm Mass
Every 1st Sunday of the month, the "Catholic Conclave," St. Mary's young adult group, will be hosting a monthly Church Father study after the 6 PM Mass in the parish hall. Here, the group will delve deeply into the writings of the first Christian centuries (until the Council of Nicaea in 325) and become acquainted with figures such as St. Clement of Rome, St. Ignatius, St. Justin Martyr, St. Irenaeus, Tertullian, St. Cyprian, and more. The next Church Father Study will be on Sunday, February 5th after the 6 pm Mass in the parish hall. Come learn about the early Church and the history of what we believe today!
Biblical Apologetics 101

Sunday, February 19th after the 6 pm Mass
Every 3rd Sunday of the month, the "Catholic Conclave," St. Mary's young adult group, will be continuing a biblical apologetics group after the 6 PM Mass in the parish hall. This course is designed to equip young adults with the tools needed to defend the faith from Sacred Scripture and to expose the errors of various heresies and common objections effectively. This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bible) event, but all other content will be provided. The next session will be on February 19th after the 6 pm Mass in the parish hall. This week we will learn about Sola Scriptura and Church Tradition. Come learn about the most common objections to Catholicism and how to effectively defend your faith in a charitable yet compelling way.
